Good products, they fixed a mix up, still confused…

Original ally I ordered 4x bass trap cubes listed as
8cm x8cmx8cm
However, I received a 12”x12”x12” single cube originally. I reached out about the confusion, and they apologized for the problem, and ai gave them the dimensions of the one they sent (which isn’t even in their online inventory…very confusing..)🫤

They said they would make it right and send the other three, and wanted to know the size. I gave pictures with measuring tape showing dimensions…

I expected just to receive 3 more at the size they gave me since I paid for 4…

Instead, I received a package today containing the ones I originally ordered…

Perhaps it was partially my fault for tearing down my foam and re measuring for 12”x12”x12”…

So now, I have to tear down more foam, and reverse all this work I did anticipating 12” sq. no 8cm…

Either way, I’m only giving 4 stars (instead of 3 Id like to give out of frustration) du to their exceptionalism at handling the issue, and giving me what I originally ordered, regardless of my circumstances in “planning” my room… Prices are 👍🏻 good, and customer service made it right, regardless of the miscommunication…

I did mention to customer support about me pre-planning my room for the 8cm in mind, but not seeing a different option on their site for 12” (which I would have preferred as it traps more bass).

The wait time, and having to tear down foam again that I already teared down to fit my original plan was a tad upsetting… Thank you for making it right.

The monitor pads are holding up fantastic. Interested to see the difference the corner bass traps help.

What's the difference between impact and airborne noise? 🔊

1. Airborne Noise
