Technical Data For Soundproof Test
STC (Sound Transmission Class) is a numerical rating of how effective a material blocks the transmission of sound through itself. The rating is applicable for hard materials such as rubberized sound barriers, concrete, brick, and drywall. It also applies to a much lesser degree to softer materials like mineral fiber, with a test as part of a wall system to verify its effectiveness.
How To Install Our Acoustic Panel Step By Step
Follow the guidelines below to install acoustic panels to your walls step by step.
Step 1: Restore Vacuumed Acoustical Treatment Foam
Follow the instruction in this video to extract the acoustic foam.
Step 2: Locate the Acoustic Foam For Outline
Put the Studio Foam out for your specific application. Keep in mind that you want the foam evenly distributed throughout the room.
Step 3: Mark & Resize the Acoustic Foam To Best Fit
Measure any areas that need to be field cut on the foam and make the appropriate cuts (examples would be around beams, doorways, or if a short piece is needed). After all the pieces have been field cut, put the material back in the appropriate position on the wall or ceiling and lightly mark the bottom and side of where each piece will be lightly with a pencil to ensure straight application.
Step 4: Apply Arrowzoom Tape or Glue the Acoustic Foam with Adhesive Spray
There are two ways to put the acoustic foams on the designated wall.
Method 1: Use Arrowzoom Sticky Double Sided Tape. Each foam should use 4 tapes. One for each corner. Once you peel off the sticker, the Acoustic Foams should easily sticky to the surface of your choice.
Method 2: Glue each piece individually with PL Polyurethane Construction Adhesive. Create a perimeter around the outside of the material staying 1 1/2" away from the edge. Create an X pattern across the center of the material.
(Note: Due to Shipping Reason, we do not sell Glue)
Step 5: Hang the Acoustic Foam With The Marked Line
Line up the materials on marked lines from Step 3 and press firmly against the material compressing the foam. Repeat step for remaining pieces of foam.

Absolutely love the lighting with the Arrowzoom Black and Red Pyramid Foam! The result is not only good looking, but also does the trick! I had this Recording Studio Room built in to my house, but sound kept escaping affecting the sound quality.
I just received my order of these panels the other day. They were compressed and vacuum sealed for easy shipping so need to wait for them to restore and they did after about a day! No need for water for me. And a guide was also included. Set this up in my room yesterday and the difference is very noticeable. I game hard and loud and the foams just do their job. Foam came quickly, somewhere in 3 weeks. Came combed, straightened in the usual way-steam from the iron (only do not touch the iron of the foam rubber itself-sticks). Just drive the iron over the foam rubber, press the steam button and straighten. Also suitable machine gun and hair dryer, the effect is the same. In the photo before steam treatment and after. In general, 1 lot is very small to sew even a cardboard box of medium size. For a small room (literally to fit 1 standing person) you need about 10 parties (120 pieces) Quality is satisfied, but Little ordered :(
Came in three packages. I ordered 12 packages. One packing is different in format. There is now one problem, the tile is crumpled, very much crumpled. I think that if I wet with water and leave to drain, they will return the initial form.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong design/size/undelivered address, etc.). Therefore, please be 100% sure about what you want to buy before placing your order and address is correct!
For orders not yet shipped or shipped but cancelled, there will be a small 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production and this requires disposal of the merchandise.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay the shipping fee. If you would like to treat it as a return (applicable only for wrong item sent or product quality issues), we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
Returns issues must be raised within 2 weeks from the parcel has been sent out with valid reasons (ie reasons due to no longer needed are not accepted as valid reasons for return items)
