  • No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: Ensure your order details (design, size, address) are correct before purchasing.
  • Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled (shipped or not) incur a 15% fee due to production costs.

Returned Parcels:

  • Reshipping requires you to pay the shipping fee.
  • For wrong items or quality issues, we refund the product value minus a 50% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unaltered condition.

The tiles I ordered are exactly what I expected them to be and I’m very pleased with them.

Two details that were disappointing to me were the following:
1) one of the packages had a 1.5 inch cut in the packaging which resulted in moisture and dirt penetrating the parcel which caused a brown stain to the one tile affected by this cut. Since my order was for white tiles, this stain was more visible than if it should have affected a darker coloured tile. I was able to wash most but not all of the stain away with soap and water.

2) The 3 rolls of double sided tape I ordered to stick the tiles to the ceiling of my music room were totally ineffective. The tiles stayed in place for only a couple of hours before every single one fell to the floor. I bought a 3M double sided tape product at Home Depot which worked 100% perfectly.

Other than these two points I’m very satisfied with the product and will purchase again and certainly recommend to anyone in need of acoustic treatment products.

What's the difference between impact and airborne noise? 🔊

1. Airborne Noise

  • This travels through the air, like conversations, TV sounds, or barking dogs. When sound waves hit a building, they cause it to vibrate, transmitting through the structure.

2. Impact Noise

  • This results from physical impacts on buildings, such as footsteps, slamming doors, or moving furniture. Impact noise can be harder to isolate, as these vibrations are stronger and travel further through dense materials.

What are decibels? 📏

Decibels are measured logarithmically (not as a percentage) . This means that every increase of 10dB on the scale is a tenfold increase in sound pressure level (SPL) . Near silence is 0dB 🤫, while a sound at 10dB is ten times louder!
