Ficha técnica
STC (clase de transmisión de sonido), es una clasificación numérica de la eficacia de un material para bloquear la transmisión de sonido a través de sí mismo. Esta calificación generalmente se aplica a materiales duros como barreras de sonido de caucho, concreto, ladrillo y paneles de yeso, pero también se aplica en un grado mucho menor a materiales más blandos como fibra mineral (aunque no se prueba por sí mismo; se prueba como parte de un sistema de pared para verificar su eficacia).
Cómo instalar nuestro panel de tela AccouticPolyester paso a paso
Paso 1: ubique la espuma acústica para el contorno
Coloque la espuma para su aplicación específica. Tenga en cuenta que desea que la espuma se distribuya uniformemente por toda la habitación.
Paso 2: Cambie el tamaño de la espuma acústica para que se ajuste mejor
Mida las áreas designadas que deben cortarse en el campo en la espuma y haga los cortes apropiados (por ejemplo, alrededor de vigas, entradas o si se necesita una pieza corta). Después de que todas las piezas hayan sido cortadas en el campo, vuelva a colocar el material en la posición adecuada en la pared o el techo y marque ligeramente con un lápiz la parte inferior y el lado de donde estará cada pieza para asegurar una aplicación recta.
Paso 3: aplique la cinta Arrowzoom o pegue la espuma acústica con spray adhesivo
Hay dos formas de colocar las espumas acústicas en la pared designada
Método 1: use cinta adhesiva de doble cara Arrowzoom. Cada espuma debe usar 4 cintas. Uno para cada esquina. Una vez que despegue la pegatina, la espuma acústica debería adherirse fácilmente a la superficie de su elección.
Método 2: pegue cada pieza individualmente con adhesivo de construcción de poliuretano PL. Cree un perímetro alrededor del exterior del material a 1 1/2" del borde. Cree un patrón de X en el centro del material.

Paso 4: cuelgue la espuma acústica con la línea marcada
Alinee los materiales en las líneas marcadas del Paso 2 y presione firmemente contra el material comprimiendo la espuma. Repita el paso para las piezas restantes de espuma.
¿Cómo cortar el panel de tela de poliéster?

Paso 1 : marque el panel acústico al tamaño adecuado con la cinta métrica y el marcador.
Paso 2 : corte a lo largo de la línea con el cortador de paneles. Con la tela más gruesa, es posible que se necesiten varias pasadas para cortar completamente el panel Acoustic Studio.
Paso 3 : Un método de corte alternativo es comprimir la espuma a lo largo de la línea marcada en el Paso 1. Con el material comprimido, se reducirá la cantidad de pasadas que se deben realizar para cortar completamente la tela.

- El color del panel acústico se selecciona al azar a menos que se solicite de forma especial.

Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly fairly:
For returns, please send us an email at service@arrowzoom.com by specifying your name and order number in the first instance
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong design/size/undelivered address, etc.). Therefore, please be 100% sure about what you want to buy before placing your order and address is correct!
For orders not yet shipped or shipped but cancelled, there will be a small 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production and this requires disposal of the merchandise.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay the shipping fee. If you would like to treat it as a return (applicable only for wrong item sent or product quality issues), we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
Returns issues must be raised within 2 weeks from the parcel has been sent out with valid reasons (ie reasons due to no longer needed are not accepted as valid reasons for return items)
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
